RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

    IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE,THE FOLLOWING SHOULD BE UNDERSTOOD.

    RETURN POLICY

    HumanHairpieces.com appreciates your business and we want you to be pleased with the hair goods and accessories that you purchase from us! In the event you are unhappy with your merchandise once you receive it, we will be happy to offer you a refund or merchandise credit (less shipping).

    Returned merchandise must be in original unused condition. No credit or refund will be issued for hair goods which have been worn, cut, sprayed, styled, washed, etc. Unacceptable merchandise will be returned to you with an explanation and your credit card will be billed for the cost of shipping. Any merchandise which requires a new packaging box, hang tags and/or labels will be subject to a 15% repackaging fee.

    All returns must have a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return. Please contact us by email at info@humanhairpieces.com within 7 days after receiving your product to obtain a return authorization code prior to returning products to us. This way, we will be expecting your return and can take the action you desire once it arrives. Returns must contain a copy of your invoice/receipt. We must receive the retun merchandise within 7 days after the RMA has been issued. All return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer and will not be refunded.

    Refunds or credits (less shipping and 8% Processing fee) will be issued for merchandise returned within 14 days of invoice date. Please note that refunds can take 2-3 weeks to process. Refunds will not be issued for merchandise returned after 14 days from invoice date.

    Resalable merchandise returned after 14 days, but less than 30 days from invoice date will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and can be returned for merchandise credit only. Merchandise credits not used within one year from date of issue are forfeited.

    Due to our commitment to provide the latest in quality hair fashions, it is not unusual for us to make design changes and improvements to our products. From time to time, we may also discontinue products. For this reason, we regret that we are unable to accept merchandise for returns after 30 days from invoice date.

    EXCHANGE POLICY

    You may exhange your item due to style or color for a 8% processing fee.

    Please allow up to 2 weeks for exchange to be processed. The order if not on back order, will be shipped to you via ground service. New freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Hairgoods, as merchandise is a most precaroius commodity whereas it does not take much to disturb the product from its original new condition. For this reason we must be very clear in maintaing a strict quality control assurance, as we only sell new merchandise and not re-fabricated.
