Occassionally, we may run out of stock of the item/color that you requested. If this should happen, we will ship the remaining portion of your order according to our regular shipping practices and we will notify you of the back order. Your credit card will be billed only for the items that are being shipped and the shipping charges that you selected at the time of placing your order.

Once the back ordered item is in stock, you will be notified via email. We will then bill the item to your credit card and ship the item to you via Standard UPS Ground, at no additional cost. However, if you require that the item be shipped 2nd day or Next day Air, you will be required to pay additional shipping charges.

We accept the following credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Your billing statement will appear as Look of Love International.

**Customer is responsible for costs associated with incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, duty for international customers, etc.
